Kevin Shaw to Geobear

Kevin Shaw has been appointed the new southern regional sales manager for Geobear, the company formerly known as Uretek. His appointment comes as Geobear continues to grow its contracting division in the UK & Ireland with additional investment in its fleet, adding six new technical units.

With over thirty years of experience in the geotechnical/foundation sector, Kevin joins the company from Bachy Soletanche, where he had a number of key roles including head of major projects estimating. He will lead the growth for Geobear in London and the surrounding areas in the commercial sector.

Jeff Gaucher, Geobear.

The announcement follows Jeff Goucher being appointed as commercial director, joining from piling company Aarsleff back in January.  He said: “Both Kevin’s appointment and investment in the fleet are a testament to the belief in the solutions Geobear delivers.

“We continue to add value to the construction industry supply chain in terms of customer commitment and technical solutions. Kevin joins us at an exciting time where new major customers are now choosing a ground injection solution over traditional methods.”
