New partnership for signalling power

Three leading railway engineering companies have announced a new working partnership to provide a comprehensive signalling power supply solution.

Working together, Ilecsys Rail, Andromeda and Amaro are offering a turnkey solution including survey, design, manufacture, installation and training for the maintainer, committed to maximising efficiencies and ensuring compliance.

This new partnership also focuses on minimising rail infrastructure failures by introducing new technologies and delivering upgrades to existing power supplies.

Speaking at the launch of the new partnership, at Railtex 2019 in May, Ilecsys Rail engineering manager Peter Dickson said: “Ilecsys Rail is proud to be working in partnership with Andromeda and Amaro to meet CP6 challenge target goals and to bring innovation and value to the infrastructure, working with Network Rail Route Services to offer a fluid design, manufacture and installation package, offering cost effective signalling power resilience.”

Andromeda managing director Jeff Davies added: “We are delighted to be collaborating with Ilecsys Rail and Amaro who share similar values to our own.
